I have over seven years of tutoring experience. I never agreed on the "one size fits all" theory, especially in terms of teaching. I believe that each student is unique in their own ways. For instance, they have their own ways of thinking and understanding materials. Thus, I will structure my teaching method according to the needs of each student so that they can learn in the most effective way. Learning should be fun and enjoyable, and get good grades. My approach of teaching expands students' horizons, thereby increasing their creativity. Thus, in addition to improving their grades, they should realize their potentials as well.
